Price Protectr: Price Protection Guarantee App

I cannot tell you how many times I have been in the store and saw the item I purchased came with a price protection guarantee. Consistently I would tell myself I will check before the guarantee expires and see if there is a better price. I never end up doing it. I just came across this new web app that will really help out in this situation. Price Protectr 2.0 allows the user to look up the item that was purchased. Then enter email address into the form and when (if) the price drops Price Protectr will send out an email alerting the user of a price drop. Every time the price drops the user will be sent an email. I thought this was a cool, free service that I would share with everyone. I have not tried it out yet as I have been holding back on the big purchases lately. If anyone else has used it, leave a comment letting us know about the experience.
PS: I am in know way associated with Price Protectr. Just thought it was a cool concept…
